| INTRODUCTION |
Netherland Antilles consists of five islands in the Caribbean. The islands are The Leeward Islands, Curacao, Bonaire, Windward Islands of St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba. Curacao is the main island in the Netherland Antilles. The population of Netherland Antilles is approximately 200,000 with a large portion of this number living on the island of Curacao. The local language is Dutch.

The government operates under a democratic system derived from European parliamentary systems. The legal system is based on that of the Netherlands. Corporate records are protected by confidentiality laws of the Netherland Antilles.

- A Minimum of one director is required and at least one must be a resident of the Netherland Antilles

- All company names must end with BV
