- The entity is assigned the next sequential number issued by the Ministry in the jurisdiction. It cannot be self-selected
- The Annual Return is due on the last day of the month following the month of the anniversary date of incorporation in home jurisdiction
- The company will be struck off after two years of not filing the Annual Return
