Filing fees at the Kansas Secretary of State increase by $15.00 effective
September 1, 2003. More information (including links to the new fee schedule
and Senate Bill 239 which authorizes the fee increase) is available at
http://www.kssos.org/forms/forms_fee_increase.html.
Current forms may be submitted until the effective date of the fee increases. Updated forms are available on the SOS website and will be accepted prior to September 1 with the current filing fee.
