New Michigan Nonprofit Corporation Fees Posted:8/11/03
Michigan Senate Bill No. 571, effective July 24, 2003, increased the annual report fee from $10.00 to $20.00 for all reports filed between October 1, 2003 and September 30, 2007 by domestic and foreign nonprofit corporations. The filing fee for annual reports filed before October 1, 2003 or after September 30, 2007 will remain $10.00. In addition, the bill increased various filing fees for nonprofit corporations.
