New York Department of State Receives Statutory Authority to Offer Expedited Services
for Corporate Filings and Document Retrieval Until March 2004

The New York Department of State, Corporations Division, has received statutory authority to continue to provide its full range of expedited services for corporate filings and document retrieval through March 31, 2004. All filings (except biennial and periodic statements) and all requests for plain or certified copies of filed documents or for certificates under seal may continue to be expedited in accordance with the following guidelines:
The statutory authority to provide these services will expire on March 31, 2004 unless additional legislative action is taken.
