CSC's Delaware Trust Appoints Helen Hamilton to Expand Corporate Trust and Agency Business in the Southern U.S.

Hamilton to drive new business and product development in the region

In this role, she will be responsible for driving growth of the full suite of Corporate Trust and Agency services provided by CSC's wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company.

With extensive expertise in Escrow Agent and other Corporate Trust services, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. "I'm eager to join the CSC team and start contributing my expertise to further its ongoing success. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive the continued expansion of our Corporate Trust business in the southern region," says Helen.

Helen will report to Steve Giurlando, head of business development, Delaware Trust. He said, "We're happy to welcome Helen to our team. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Helen was most recently sales executive, Risk & Financial Advisory Services with Deloitte. She also held positions with Ocorian, Fifth Third Bank, BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank, and Wachovia.
