We also provide same-day electronic notification
of process at your request. CSC offers clients the option of receiving
notification of Service of Process via e-mail, which includes a brief
summary of the legal action. This feature allows clients to receive
notification of Service of Process in real time, allowing them to
begin preparing a response to a legal action before the original documents
arrive.

You receive notice of Service of Process via e-mail,
and also receive alerts of newly filed court cases often before the
actual legal documents have been served. You can even track specific

With a simple click of a box, Service of Process
can be acknowledged online through IncSpotSM,
maintaining an electronic record of receipt of your legal documents.
Combined with SOP History, this exclusive service from CSC allows
you to confirm both delivery and receipt of time-sensitive legal documents.
- SOP Call Center
Our SOP Call Center is staffed with knowledgeable
representatives who can respond to questions regarding your Service
of Process issues. Your inquiries will receive prompt attention and
follow-up.

Client confidentiality is of utmost importance
to CSC. Information will only be released by client authorization
or upon presentation of a subpoena.
