SOP History
SOP History allows you to manage your SOP data online in IncSpot or download your SOP information to Excel.
- Searching
You can search your SOP data using the date range you prefer, although the default is three months. You have the ability to search on jurisdiction, first named defendant or the nature of the case. Don’t worry about forgetting your search parameters. When your search results are returned, your search criteria are at the top of the page. If your search results are greater than 5000 SOP transmittals, CSC returns the first 5000 and ask whether you want the rest - all it takes is a simple click on "Display All" to display all the search results.
- Managing Your Data
Sorting your SOP data is quick and easy. Choose any column heading - date served, nature of case, case number - to easily aggregate the data you need to see. Interested in viewing prior service in the same case? Sort by case number. Suspect that a plaintiff sued you in the past? Sort by plaintiff name. CSC presents your search results in one scrollable and sortable page - no more back and forth between pages trying to find a transmittal. Need to know how often you were served last quarter? A total is presented upfront on your search results so you don't have to count.
- Reviewing Your Data
If you receive bulk service of identical pleadings filed on behalf of different plaintiffs ("riders"), CSC displays each as a separate search result and displays the details of each matter.
