CSCSM prepares and files the documents required to keep a corporation
in compliance.
- Corporate Document Retrieval
CSC retrieves different forms of corporate documentation, such as Certificates
of Good Standing, Foreign and Domestic Certificates, Certificates Evidencing
Filing, Certificates Evidencing Dissolution, certified copies, corporate
verification, assumed business name, and franchise tax searches.
- Qualification/Registration
CSC prepares and files the documents necessary to qualify or register an
entity to do business in states other than its jurisdiction of incorporation/formation.
Services include obtaining and filing the supporting documents from the
domestic state, checking the name for availability, and recording and publishing
when necessary.
- Amendments
CSC prepares and files certificates that alter certain articles in the formation
document.
- Withdrawal/Dissolution
CSC prepares and files forms that voluntarily withdraw a corporation from
a state or dissolve a corporation, including the request for tax clearance
where necessary.
- Forms and Procedural Summaries
CSC supplies state forms for various filings through our extensive electronic
forms library. The forms library also contains procedural summaries that
provide a synopsis of state filing requirements. The forms library is available
to all IncSpot® customers.
- Delaware Status Search (DSS)
Available through IncSpot, you can access the State of Delaware's official
entity records - in real time - for status searches. The detailed results
which are presented in easy-to-read "closing ready" format can be printed,
e-mailed or faxed directly from IncSpot.
- Tax Clearance
CSC requests the necessary tax forms to obtain tax clearance. Where third
party requests are permitted, CSC can obtain the tax clearance certificate
for dissolution/withdrawal/merger purposes.
- Corporate and Limited Partnership
Status Reports
CSC will check the exact name, incorporation/qualification date, registered
agent information, and good standing status of an entity and will provide
written reports of the findings.

CSC will check the exact name, incorporation/qualification date, registered
agent information, and good standing status of a corporation.
- Franchise Tax Searches
Where third party access is permissible, CSC will search for outstanding
tax reports and tax balances for a corporation.
- Assumed Name and D/B/A Searches
CSC prepares and files Assumed Name Certificates, which permit a corporation
to operate a business under a name different from the corporation.
